RMacoustics company tries to keep the prices constant. Sometimes we need to change the cost of a product, either up or down. All prices are subject to change without further notice. Moreover, we reserve the right to make adjustments to our products and services.

If you have ordered but not yet paid for a product, we guarantee the price for 30 days from when the order was placed.

In no event shall RMacoustics be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special consequential damages, to property or life, whatsoever arising out of or connected with the use or misuse of it’s products.

Users and customers are solely responsible for the evaluation, selection and right use of products and services offered by the website and our online shop. Our products contain magnets and small parts, so handle with care and keep out of reach of children.

Minor Difference

The color shade, dimensions, and other characteristics of the products may differ slightly from the product photographies because each music gear is 100% handcrafted and unique.

After-Sale Technical Support

During the warranty period of a purchase, the RMacoustics team offers technical support including the in-depth inspection and the proper restoration of the music gear. The customer must contact the RMacoustic team directly after they notice any defect, and send the music gear to our headquarters in Greece for a professional full inspection. The inspection process may last up to 10 working days, after the day the gear arrives to us. Based on the inspection results, RMacoustics team will inform the customer:

a. That the cost of the restoration will be fully covered by the RMacoustics company, if any manufactural issue has occurred.

b. That the cost of the restoration will be fully covered by the customer themselves, if the issue occurred from the customer’s misuse or fault.
