WARRANTY (Terms & Conditions)

All our products are guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of two-years. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear on materials and components such as mechanical parts that are subject to wear ( rubber, switches, buttons, cables, etc).

The warranty also does not cover damage or defects caused by unauthorized repair attempts or the intrusion of foreign matter.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by or derived from carelessness, neglect, incorrect or improper use of the product (such as the use of a voltage supply other than that stated on the unit, improper cables, etc.), or damage resulting from any other cause which is not related to a product defect.

At the discretion of RMacoustics, genuine defects will result in free repair of the defective product, replacement of the product, or withdrawal of the disputed product and appropriate reimbursement to the customer.

Claims must be made within the warranty period. Proof of purchase documentation is required and warranty service must be requested from RMacoustics via e-mail or telephone (use our contact form). Then you ‘ll receive instructions on how to send back the product to be repaired. It is the responsibility of the customer to return the product, with freight prepaid, within 14 days. The product must be properly packed to prevent damage during transportation. After appropriate action, under the terms of the warranty, the product will be returned to the customer, with the related transportation costs borne by RMacoustics.

Any product repairs carried out during the warranty period will not result in the original warranty period being either extended or re-started from scratch. The period will expire after the specified two years, from date of purchase.

The warranty is not transferable; Is valid for the original purchaser only and will expire if that customer resells the product.

If as a result of a request for warranty service, no defect is found to exist, or the alleged defect is based on facts and circumstances that do not hold RMacoustics to that warranty, the customer will be required to bear any expenses occurred and to reimburse the costs of any unjustified requests.

RMacoustics will not be held liable for any loss or damages incurred while your return is in transit, we suggest the use of reputable carriers that offer insurance and tracking for your package.

Return & Refund (Terms & Conditions)

We offer a 10 day trial period from date of purchase, for all of our products. If for any reason you decide not to keep our product, you may claim a refund, within 10 days.

Claims must be made within the specified 10 day period. Proof of purchase documentation is required and a return & refund must be requested from RMacoustics via e-mail or telephone (use our contact form). It is the responsibility of the customer to return the product, with freight prepaid, within 10 days from date of purchase. The product must be properly packed to prevent damage during transportation.

Products must be in as new condition, with all original retail packaging, not altered or damaged in any way. Obvious abuse, misuse, or other alteration of the product will void the warranty (Any signs of alteration, damage or abuse- including, but not limited to scratches, stripped screws, etc- may void the return policy, altogether, at our discretion).

Package your items securely – using all original packaging materials.

Be sure to include the accompanying documents and original sales invoice inside the return.

Any returned items received with incomplete, incorrect, illegible information may be delayed or denied. Please allow approximately 5-10 business days for processing, not including shipping time.

All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not eligible for refund.

RMacoustics will not be held liable for any loss or damages incurred while your return is in transit. We suggest the use of reputable carriers that offer insurance and tracking for your package.
